How Much is an Idaho Probate?
The costs for probate vary. And it is important to be sure you’re looking at an all-inclusive figure.
That should include not only the attorney fees, but the court filing fees, the cost to publish the Notice to Creditors in a local newspaper, the cost to prepare and record any necessary deeds, etc.
At our office, most probates can be handled for a fixed fee of just $1,995.00. That includes all of the foregoing costs. If you are facing a possible probate, please give us a call so that we can evaluate your situation over the phone and confirm that the process can be handled for that total cost.
Please also note that this is a fixed fee. Even if the process turns out to be more complicated than anticipated, your cost will not be increased.
