Question 9: Everyone need a Living Trust?
Does everyone need a Living Trust or is a simple Will adequate for some people? A simple Will is generally suitable for people who don’t own any real estate and when the value of all that they do own is less than $100,00000. The heirs listed in such a Will can usually collect their inheritance without having to go through the probate process. Or if it is not important to you whether your heirs will have to go through the time and expense of the probate process, a simple Will should be adequate.
